The prices are per day and are exclusive of tax at 10.00 percent. For bookings of 28 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $80. For bookings of 10 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of $300 is due along with the final balance 3 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
